My girlfriend and I were both first time home buyers and didn't know the first thing about purchasing a home other than what we've seen on HDTV. We weren't even truly looking for a home yet and just found it fun to search the Internet to see what we could afford. We were LUCKILY contacted by Ashlee through an online real estate site after we requested additional information on a property that we liked. After this, it took maybe 3 weeks before she helped us find our perfect home AND get our offer on that home accepted.

The entire process seemed too good and too easy to be true. I never expected the whole process to be basically finished after just a few weeks, and I credit Ashlee for this as she continuously answered all of our phone calls, emails, and texts in order to make sure we had all the information that we needed. We bombarded her with questions DAILY and her prompt responsiveness basically helped to expedite our entire home buying experience.

Obviously, we had lots of questions as we had never purchased a home, and Ashlee was always answering them at basically any time of day. My girlfriend had to basically yell at me one night because I was still sending Ashlee questions (texts) after midnight, and Ashlee was of course still responding. Now I am not saying go text her at midnight, but everyone should know that her level of customer service supersedes any expectations I could have ever imagined from a realtor. We first met Ashlee when we were relocating to South Florida from Illinois. She was referred to us by another realtor, and we spent several weeks in contact via phone/email while she sent us listings and helped us to narrow down our search prior to our arrival in town to house hunt. She asked all the right questions to help to find homes that fit what we were looking for. We had a limited window of time to be in town to view homes, and Ashlee cleared her schedule to accommodate us. As we arrived at each property, it became clear that Ashlee doesn't show a property without doing her homework first. She had contacted the selling agents and was already informed of disclosures, seller's preferences towards financing/sales etc.. She was willing to work and get as much information out of the selling agent as possible in order to set us up for success. When we did find a home, she stayed in constant contact through the closing date. Ashlee made sure we signed our papers, returned all our phone calls and emails the same day, and treated us like her only clients.

Five months later, when we realized my husband's job was going to take us back to IL, there was no doubt in our mind that Ashlee was going to be the realtor to list our house. And honestly, our selling experience blew our buying experience out of the water. Ashlee. Was. Phenomenal. Selling 5 months after buying a home and coming out on top is not an easy feat, and Ashlee worked so hard for us to make it happen. She was present at every showing, hosted a phenomenal open house, got us several great offers, and negotiated for our targeted selling price.

Unfortunately, as real estate transactions go, we had a hiccup in our process when we had an appraisal come back way under our selling price. We were devastated, but Ashlee stayed positive and encouraging. Ashlee spent countless hours putting together a rebuttal to the appraisal, and took it to the lending agent, who agreed to a second appraisal. The second appraisal came back above what we needed, and the rest of the home sale process was a breeze. Ashlee completely saved our transaction, when many realtors would have just accepted the appraisal and encouraged us to lower our asking price.

There are a lot of realtors out there, but I am confident you cannot find one with better professionalism and customer service. Buying or selling, Ashlee is simply the best!!!
